No More Winter Blues
The winter blues really had me down. I’ve always considered myself a “summer person.” Living for those long days, warm nights, and plethora of activities that are available during the summer months. I always seem to have boundless energy during this time of the year also. However, when the Colorado summer is long over and the depths of winter have set in, I feel quite the opposite.
Long nights, darkness before 5pm, and cold temperatures… I got off work and didn’t want to do anything! The winter blues, also called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD, is a type of depression affecting millions each year. It had me in a slump and I needed out. Luckily, I found Cheetah Chews. All I have to do is eat half of one in the morning and the other half of the chew around 3pm, around prime slump time. By the time I was home by 6pm, instead of laying on the couch or taking a nap, I felt active enough to run errands, get work done around the house, cook dinner, and even workout!

Now I’m not a “summer person”, because I feel great all winter long too!
